We take great care in checking our products for quality before shipping them out. But if we've managed to miss something, take a picture and let us know within 7 days of delivery, drop us an email and we'll be happy to offer a free exchange.

Refunds

If you're in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product. Send your package back to us at 26 Sin Ming Lane #06-118 Midview City, Singapore 573971 with the original packaging, and we will issue you a full refund of the product cost, minus a S$5 transaction fee. We would also be grateful if you told us why. Consumables must be unopened for this term to apply.
